My PracticeI am a licensed attorney in Tennessee admitted to practice law in both
state and federal courts. Although I am a general practitioner, I focus
primarily on divorces, especially agreed divorces, and my prices are
among the lowest while endeavoring to provide high quality services. While
maintaining a high volume practice, I still address the individual
needs of each client and remain accessible to you.

Julia,
my second wife, assists in many aspects of the practice, including
preparing files, setting court dates, answering the phone calls in a
friendly and informative manner. She is a graduate of the University
of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in marketing and has many
years of retail management experience and other work environments
before joining the practice in 2004. While not a part of my practice (as an attorney) Julia and I also have a wonderful son who attends Knox County
schools.
